Eligibility Criteria

For Customer Service Associate (CSA)

  • Qualification: Candidate should have passed Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 50% of marks in Graduation/Post Graduation examination in any of the recognized streams from a recognized university/Institute, to the satisfaction of the Bank.
  • Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Skills and knowledge of Hindi & English languages will be preferred.
  • Experience: NIL

For Probationary Officers in Grade/Scale-I

  • Qualification: Candidate should have passed Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 50% of marks in Graduation/Post Graduation Examination in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification Recognized as such by the Central Government.
  • Experience: NIL

For Risk Officer in Grade/Scale-I

  • Essential Qualification: Full time/Regular degree of MBA (Finance)/Master Degree in (Mathematics/Statistics/Econometrics) with min. 60% marks from a recognized University or AICTE approved Institute.
  • Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having Certification in ‘Risk in Financial Services’ from IIBF/’Integrated Risk Management’ from NIBM/GARP-FRM-I or II/Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

  • Experience: Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution OR Minimum experience of 3 Years of practicing as an Advocate independently or with the Law Firm of good repute before a district or High court out of which 1-year experience of working as Law Officer in Bank or FI’s.
  • Desirable: Candidates with Master’s degree will be given preference.

For Manager-Security Officer in Grade/Scale-II

  • Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
