(UPPRPB) द्वारा उन अभ्यर्थियों के लिए जारी किया जाता है, जिन्होंने पहले से UP Police Computer Operator Grade-A भर्ती 2026 का आवेदन फॉर्म भरा है, लेकिन उसमें किसी प्रकार की गलती हो गई है।
इस Correction Form के माध्यम से उम्मीदवार अपने आवेदन में की गई नाम, जन्म तिथि, श्रेणी, योग्यता, पता, फोटो, सिग्नेचर आदि की त्रुटियों को एक निश्चित समय सीमा के भीतर ठीक कर सकते हैं।

🎓 Eligibility Criteria (योग्यता)
शैक्षणिक योग्यता:
- उम्मीदवार ने 12वीं (Intermediate) परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की हो
और - निम्न में से कोई एक कंप्यूटर योग्यता अनिवार्य:
- O Level
- DOEACC Certificate
- Diploma in Computer Application (DCA / ADCA)
टाइपिंग स्पीड:
- हिंदी: 25 शब्द प्रति मिनट
- अंग्रेज़ी: 30 शब्द प्रति मिनट
आयु सीमा :
- न्यूनतम: 18 वर्ष
- अधिकतम: 28 वर्ष
- (आरक्षित वर्ग को नियमानुसार छूट)
